Our team is looking for a technical leader with domain experience in iOS app development. They will have the pleasure of working with a talented team of developers, testers, designers, product owners, managers and data analysts. We expect this leader to provide technical expertise while collaborating with everyone on the wider team and all levels of leadership. This includes driving engineering best practices with an eye for efficiency, quality, and maintainability. Shipping our iOS app and supporting your team are the key responsibilities for this role.
What You Will Do
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead cross-company initiatives to innovate and deliver high-quality roadmap features that shape the future of travel technology.
- Craft Compelling Content: Create captivating content for global programs, from engaging hotel listicles to award announcements.
- Optimize Performance: Manage and influence internal partners as you guide engineering teams towards platform optimization.
- Agile Project Management: Manage daily team activities, ensure on-time delivery of features, fixes, and releases, while maintaining agility.
- People Development: Mentor and coach developers, fostering their growth and skills, and contributing to personal and team development.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical prowess to lead by example, contributing your significant experience in native app development.
- Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with business customers, developers, and partners, driving collaboration and alignment.

- Native iOS / Android App Guru: A proven track record of building and shipping apps, including apps available on Apple's App Store and/or Google's Play Store
