Experience & Accountabilities

 

  • Proven track record at managing, retaining and aggressively growing the company’s top tier accounts and accountable/responsible for sales results.
  • Experience in Enterprise / Software solutions as well as strategic & value-based selling.
  • Being able to map, plan, and execute solid double / triple digit growth on key accounts by going higher & wider in the organisation.
  • Establishes strong, long-term customer relationships across the organisations you will manage.
  • Continuously learn in order to lead with insight, develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and customer value.
  • Maintain high volume and high-quality customer engagement through phone, email, social media. and onsite visits and should be travelling to targeted clients.
  • Record client engagement and communication using Salesforce.com.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with relevant business functions locally and globally.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar consultative sale position preferably licenses based subscription services.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
