Yuval Fertig

Yuval Fertig is a Principal Economist at Ofcom. Since joining as a Senior Associate two years ago, Yuval has focused on online safety and media regulation. Before Ofcom, Yuval worked as an economics consultant to various government departments on a range of areas including artificial intelligence, digital markets and transport.

Alice Stubbings

Alice Stubbings is an Associate Economist at Ofcom. Alice joined Ofcom’s graduate programme in September 2021, and since then has worked on projects involving a range of sectors under Ofcom’s regulatory remit; these include the Cloud Services Market Study, the Wholesale Fixed Telecoms Market Review, and the review of how Ofcom regulates the BBC.

San Sau Fung

San Sau Fung is a Principal Economist at Ofcom. Since joining Ofcom in April 2022, San Sau has worked across a range of regulatory projects in the telecoms, media and digital sectors. San Sau has previously worked as a competition economist at the Competition and Markets Authority, RBB Economics, and the South African Competition Commission.
