We have different roles that match your skills and experience if you are successful. These span from a Junior Data Analyst to Senior Data Analyst. We are also open to secondments.

Meet the Team

The MI Transform team is relatively new and made up of a dynamic group of data enthusiasts who are passionate about supporting the business with their journey to the cloud. We promote a culture of mutual support, creative thinking and making sure we enjoy ourselves in the process!

Some of the priorities for the team are:

  • Helping Data Product Owners to comprehend our old data systems which helps them to prioritise and make effective decisions.
  • Supporting a variety of business areas in migrating their reports and processes to GCP, BigQuery, Looker & MicroStrategy.
  • Collaborating with the Data Tribe delivery team to make sure we reach our goals on time.
  • Collaborating with the Data & AI Academy to ensure there is effective guidance, best practice, and training for the new platform.

About you

  • Numerical, with a logical approach to tackling problems and a curiosity for data and analytics.
  • Can communicate well in writing and speaking and you’re not afraid to make recommendations when you notice room for improvement.
  • Self-driven and proactive and can learn new information quickly.
  • Coding skills are not required, and we will offer any training you need.

What you will do

  • Build new reports and dashboards using our modern cloud-first data tools.
  • Analyse our existing data and reportin landscape and provide recommendations to support the prgoramme.
  • Promote best practices outwardly to the rest of the business in relation to our cloud data technologies and data strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and teams across the business and help them migrate their analytical workloads onto the cloud.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and personal development within the department.

Interview process

There will be a test as well as a 1 stage interview.

Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
