Account Manager

Location: London/Hybrid
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 25-35k (Depending on experience) + OTE and Annual Bonus

We partner with organisations to connect them to female data and tech talent & support their internal communities of women and allies. For every 4 men starting a career in data, we don’t even have a full woman, the figure stubbornly sits at 0.68% of a woman. Not only that, over 40% of women are leaving the data industry mid-way through their careers. We collaborate with our partner community to strive for gender parity in the world of data and technology. We are looking for a passionate and personable Account Manager to join our growing team, work closely with our 70+ partners and support us on our mission!
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on our partner’s growth and engagements, including feedback & project progress.
- Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and issues promptly, working to find effective solutions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Customer-Focused: A proactive approach to client service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- High-level Knowledge of Data and Tech is important
