Roisin McCarthy, Rachel Keane (Women in Data) and Edwina Dunn (TFL) on BBC South visiting a Hampshire School to encourage youngsters to be their best. Female Lead founder Edwina Dunn said: “I really want girls to know how smart and how talented they are and I want them to reach a little bit higher and realise that there are thousands and thousands of stories of amazing women.”
One of the most significantly positive factors that helps females in STEM is the presence of role models, which is key to the strategies of Women in Data and The Female Lead.
