Workshop approach: Facilitated by Bridget Kearns – head of OD and two business leaders from our analytics teams

Workshop title:  building and developing inclusive teams at Hastings Direct

Overview:
Join the Hastings Direct team to explore what inclusivity means for them and how they are creating an inclusive work environment where colleagues can be who they are and thrive.

The team will share with participants how Hastings has developed their approach to inclusivity over the past 3 years and what is planned for the future.

They will facilitate discussions with the participants about the best ways they have seen work to support inclusivity and also explore together some of the challenges of the future.

Participants will walk away with insight into how a modern agile, digital and data driven organisation is approaching the challenges of creating an inclusive workplace and an understanding of some of the cornerstone principles, tools and techniques that can be used at an individual, team and organisational level.
