Launching Women in Data ® Connected Health

Do you want to use your data skills for good?

Women in Data ®– Women’s Health Initiative are pleased to launch Connected Health. Connected Health leverages our 80,000 strong Women in Data® community on women’s health research to tackle the gender health gap. We utilise our data skills for good by partnering with health charities and academics to conduct pro bono analysis furthering the health agenda.

Based on successful pilots with our data partner Kubrick and Endometriosis UK, and Kubrick and UCL, Connected Health aims to adopt this proven approach to continue to deliver data-driven insight to improve women’s health research and awareness. Process below:

If you are an organisation and would like to get involved in the next phase of Connected Health to donate data analysis resource please contact hello@womenindata.co.uk, if you are a charity or academic institution, please complete this form on the website to register your interest and a member of the team will be in contact.

Why should you get involved? Hear from our experts:

Holly Smith, Associate Principal, Kubrick:

“It aligns to our mission of transforming lives through data & AI, and providing our junior colleagues opportunities to develop consultancy skills under senior technical leadership”

Jenny Bullis, Trustee Endometriosis UK, CEO Dentsu Media UK&I:

“Data wins arguments, and the level of detail this report has makes it easier for Endometriosis UK to talk to healthcare policymakers to actually work out where the issues are compared to the generalised data we had previously”
