Tech Ops Specialist, Data Office

Are you interested in supporting the Data Office delivery teams, leadership teams as well as working closely with our finance & procurement partners on vendor management, cost & budgeting? We have just created this role for you!
The Data Office is set up with the ambition to ‘Unlock the value from data, across the LEGO Group’. We enable that by providing a range of technologies and services to data practitioners across the organization.

Core Responsibilities
In collaboration with Data Office product teams, management teams as well as our finance and procurement partners, you help ensure we are managing our budgets, costs, vendors and external workforce. In addition, you will:
- Ensure continuous follow up with heads of departments in Data Office
- Understand and create financial overviews such as Total Cost of Ownership per product team and for the whole of the Data Office
- Support managers (heads of departments, competency leads, product managers etc.) across Data Office in managing external workforce and IT asset management (hardware, software, cloud, licenses etc.)
- Drive vendor contract renewals, purchase order creations, goods receipt in a timely and customer-focused manner
- All the above leading up to be trusted partner in the Data Office

You will be part of the Delivery team in Data Office which includes Technical Program Management, Product Management and Agile Coaching.
Do you have what it takes?
- You come with some years of experience in budgeting and finance follow up with exposure to vendor management.
- Your colleagues say you are a good collaborator and communicator on all levels.
- You are structured when it comes to work and has an eye for the details though keeping the overview.
- You also handled Total Cost of Ownership for product teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience in IT / technical procurement.
- Experience in financial management of cloud and other software pay as you go solutions.
