Core Responsibilities 

  • Co-lead Nordic Integrated Commercial Planning with Regional Commercial Development team, aligning with Western Europe direction and incorporating Nordic Marketing insights.
  • Manage Nordic marketing planning, overseeing budgets, addressing over/under spends, and emphasizing return on investment.
  • Drive marketing effectiveness, optimizing strategies based on marketing mix models and analysis.
  • Lead Nordic marketing performance management through AAR projects, insights, business reviews, and demand planning.
  • Represent Marketing in cost pool requests and actively contribute to the Gap to Target forum.
  • Own and drive the Nordic pricing process with support from the brand team.
  • Manage MRM system, oversee month-end/year-end close processes, and ensure data adherence to Global and Western Europe requirements.
  • Integral member of the Nordic marketing leadership team, actively participating in the WE marketing network with other planning and performance managers.

The Nordic Marketing Team shapes global marketing priorities for local execution, covering PR & events, Brand management, Digital Media, Trade marketing, and Marketing planning & performance.

As Senior Marketing Planning & Performance Manager, the role is to lead the marketing effectiveness agenda, overseeing local planning processes, budget management, and ensuring alignment with the Marketing Resource Management framework. Acting as a key sparring partner for the Head of Marketing in cross-discipline planning, you will be focusing on areas include timely deliverables, stakeholder management, ad-hoc analysis support, after-action reviews, and connecting core BU processes for a cohesive Marketing voice!

 

Do you have what it takes? 

  • Experienced in marketing planning, business strategy, and business analytics
  • Successful track record in high-impact consumer goods, with a preference for toy/gaming industry experience
  • Strong communication skills, inspiring teamwork, and maintaining elevated standards
  • Energetic, dedicated, and organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
  • Dynamic and open personality aligned with LEGO Group values.
  • Demonstrated personal impact and a willingness to take educated risks
  • Excellent analytical skills and budget management capabilities
  • IT literate and skilled in applying consumer and shopper research

Please note the work location is Billund, Denmark and relocation support is not offered for this role.
