Working Pattern: Our working style is hybrid, but we recognise the importance of collaborative working with our colleagues often 2 days per week in one of our offices

You and Your Team:
As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will be reporting to the Senior PMO Lead.
In this role you will be supporting the Senior PMO Lead in defining, maintaining and executing the standards of change management and related processes. The role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects through effective monitoring and reporting, assisting colleagues with the best use of change management disciplines and approaches, and acting as key point of contact.
In your day-to-day role, as a Senior PMO Analyst, you will:
- Support project manager adherence to the change management framework, processes, and tools.
- Collate status reporting across multiple projects and portfolios.
- Track and communicate project status and metrics, reporting on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all supported projects.
- Act as a senior reference point for PMO queries and information and an advocate for best practices in change management.
- Collate, manage, and present governance submissions through the defined governance framework.
- Undertake assurance reviews of key documents such as Project Status Reporting, Project Plans, Change Requests, and similar.
- Maintain processes to ensure change management documentation, reports, and plans are relevant, accurate, and complete.
- Provide assistance to maintain and update the change management framework and disciplines necessary to support the PMO Lead.
- Lead a small team of PMO Analysts, role modelling standards and behaviours, and providing coaching and support where required.
- Quality assure PMO Analysts’ work where appropriate.
What will make you stand out?
- Experience of working within a PMO or Project environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people both internally and externally, displaying concern for impact.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining excellent levels of attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with experience of MS Project and Visio or similar being desirable.
