Part of the S&A Group, we have one foot in industry, with our challenger consultancy, and one foot in training with our S&A Academy that specialises in Leadership, Science and Technology. We have all the ingredients to change lives through industry relevant teaching experiences.
About the role
- You will initially be delivering sessions to tech apprentices, to apprenticeship standard with hopefully a few distinctions along the way.
- This is a role for growth, sure you need to follow the apprenticeship standard, but you will be given the freedom and support to build commercial programmes.
- You will have the imagination and execution to build a team and content to create the defacto tech apprenticeship experience in industry.
- This is a remote teaching role but there will be times when you will need to meet up with your teammates or delivery commercial content at a client site.
About you
- You need to be a passionate, experienced teacher invested in the success of your students, PGCE would be nice but not essential.
- You will have delivered many tech cohorts preferably including Software Engineering L4, Quality Engineering L4, ICT L3.DevOps L4 and Cyber Engineering L4 would be a bonus.
- You will be used to mapping content to KSBs, giving feedback, apprenticeship admin, you may have even navigated an OFSTED inspection or two.
- To bridge the gap to industry, you will have had some exposure to industry.
- You will need to be entrepreneurial, sure you will be delivering content, but we are looking for someone that can build an inspirational, industry relevant teaching experience that combines the best of apprenticeships with commercial training.
- You will consume YouTube videos for fun with your pulse on AI, consider Software Development a craft with a superpower of turning bleeding edge topics into digestible lessons.
- Full UK Driver's License - availability to travel to clients when required.
