This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Scientist to take a leading role in shaping our client’s growing Data Science and Machine Learning Engineering functions. You’ll work closely with their Lead Data Scientist, identifying key opportunities, creating advanced models, and driving meaningful impact across the business.

Your work will make a real difference! As their Senior Data Scientist, you’ll be developing cutting-edge data science models, setting standards for coding and model quality, and mentoring junior team members.

In this role, you’ll manage projects from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to define goals, and delivering results that matter. You'll also help raise the bar for our Data Science team, contributing to technical standards and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and you’ll work closely with Data Engineers and Analysts to help develop and maintain our next-generation Data Platform.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

They are looking for somebody with technical experience to join their team as a Senior Data Scientist. If you’re have experience of Python development and deploying and maintaining Machine Learning models, in the consumer industry, this role is made for you.

You’ll have a good understanding of MLOps frameworks, ETL/ELT tools like AWS Glue or Airflow, and data visualisation platforms such as Tableau or Power BI. (Bonus points if you’ve worked with NLP, LLMs, or emerging GenAI APIs.)

This role isn’t just about technical skills. It’s also about leadership. You should have experience managing complex data teams, working with senior stakeholders, and advocating for the resources your team needs.

In addition to your competitive base salary, they offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company-wide bonus scheme, private medical insurance by Bupa, and a 7% pension contribution. They offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
