Senior Data Analyst – 6 Month FTC

We are happy for you to be based in Bradford, Chatham or Petersfiled but please note that occasional travel will be required to our other offices
Working Pattern: Our working style is hybrid, but we recognise the importance of collaborative working with our colleagues often 1 -3 days per week in one of our offices

You and Your Team:
As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the insights reporting data and legacy data marts.
This role will include defining the requirements for the implementation of management information reports, overseeing the process from liaising with IT teams to provision the required data to the production.
In your day-to-day role, as a Senior Data Analyst, you will:
- Devise and deliver analytical/data driven projects.
- Maintain the legacy data marts; making required business-related changes.
- Gather and define the requirements for data to cater for business/finance business processes.
- Define requirements for data infrastructure to support reporting needs.
- Create and deliver regular data for insights reports adhering to governance framework and DevOps culture to ensure that development conforms to accepted guidelines.
- Provide support with insights reporting build when required.
What will make you stand out?
- Exceptional quantitative skills, with a strong foundation in, or significant exposure to, insight analytics and portfolio management.
- Good understanding in consumer credit, preferably in the sub-prime or online lending sector
- Understanding of corporate governance frameworks
- Proven ability to effectively plan and organise work effectively and prioritise deadlines whilst working at a fast pace.
- Reporting systems experience, preferably Power BI
- Coding experience, preferably SAS and SQL
- Ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to operate independently and objectively.
