The Mobility Hub has recently been created to support initiatives related to TUI Mobile Apps. The Senior Product Analyst will work within this function in the expending team, alongside Developers, Product Owners and Test Teams responsible for the enhancement and roll-out of the award-winning TUI Digital Assistant app.

Please note the closing date for applications is: Sunday 28th May

ABOUT THE JOB

Working under the guidance of the App Analytics Lead, you will provide analytical support to the product team, deliver insights and recommendations to help the business make data-driven decisions and contribute to the rapid commercial development of the TUI app. You will be working on apps for our source market teams across Europe, on both the Android and iOS platforms, so there is a vast and growing amount of data at your disposal.

Performance measurement on both a regular and ad-hoc basis is a key element of the role. This will involve real-time KPI reporting, A/B testing, new feature performance analysis, product exploration, behavioural analysis, and data modeling.

The mobile app forms a central part of TUI’s strategy and hence performance is seen by all levels of the organisation. You therefore need a keen eye for detail, but also ensure that any anomalies are identified and explained. In addition, we are looking at how we integrate our data across markets and functions. You can expect to contribute to this exciting initiative over the coming months.

  • A person with a can do attitude and desire to find the best solution in every situation
