Senior CRM Analyst

Working within our UK Customer Analytics team you will be responsible for creating insights to help drive key strategic and investment decisions across the business. Using internal and external customer data you will provide meaningful customer insights and recommendations to business stakeholders through segmentation, modelling and performance reporting to support CRM and the wider business strategy.

ABOUT THE JOB
UK CRM Analytics
- As a Senior CRM Analyst, you are a key point of contact for our CRM stakeholders and your excellent communication skills means you will be confident explaining both changes in campaign performance, and your own recommendations for improvement.
- You will forecast performance and set targets for CRM overall, as well as for specific activities and deliver cutting-edge marketing analytics projects in areas such as segmentation, customer lifetime value, channel mix optimisation and personalisation.
- The Senior CRM Analyst will play a key role in optimising our contact strategy, the overall customer journey and improving our KPI performance. You will also contribute to the ongoing segmentation of our customer base for the purposes of enhanced personalisation across our CRM activities.
- You will achieve this through applying their experience of tools such as Tableau and Alteryx, ideally supported by knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
- On an ongoing basis, the Senior CRM Analyst will pro-actively identify opportunities for business improvement and be able to follow these through to implementation.
Being a Champion of the Customer
- Ensure we put the customer at the heart of CRM analytics and drive customer centricity through our insight and recommendations
- Pro-actively identify opportunities for business and data improvements, recommending enhancements where appropriate and work with global teams to ensure effective implementation
- Collaborate with our digital marketing channels to identify use cases where we can use our data and models to drive customer centricity
- Assessing our digital and CRM reporting landscape, you will work with digital teams to find ways to combine reporting and bring the customer to life in other channels to drive business efficiencies
ABOUT YOU
- Educated to a degree standard, in a mathematical, economic or related scientific discipline
- Substantial experience within similar roles
- Demonstrable analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of Tableau or any other dashboarding tools
- Exposure to analysing large data volumes using such tools as SQL, Alteryx, R or Python
- Ability to articulate analysis for a non-technical audience with clarity and in an engaging way
- Ability to think strategically; see the bigger picture, analyse complex problems and quickly evaluate options to meet business expectations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills coupled with sound commercial awareness
- Ability to lead analytical projects and manage delivery to a broad group of stakeholders
- Ideally experience of using predictive modelling techniques and segmentations
