About the Role
Cirium is Hiring for a Data Solutions Architect specifically focused on data systems and platforms to join our Architecture team, to deliver strategic change and accelerate our teams through improved solutions and technical design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating and communicating with engineering and business
stakeholders to create and direct our technical vision and strategy. - Creating and owning the roadmap to lead change toward data
platform strategy. - Mentoring and encourage new ideas from staff and foster improvements and innovation.
- Designing and problem-solving leadership to Engineers and Business
- Identifying opportunities to reduce technology costs and increase business efficiency.
Monitoring industry trends and develop POCs to evaluate alternative
technologies and solutions.
Requirements
- Experience of working in an Architecture role, AWS Data Stack.
- Able to demonstrate leading strategic change towards a vison with a positive outcome.
- Experience in Technology related roles, with demonstrated experience and subject matter in relevant data processing and platform technologies.
- Able to understand the differences and challenges of working with both streaming and more traditional data sets.
