We are looking for a Sales Leader (Small and Mid-Sized Business) to join our team in Oslo, Norway. This person will lead a skilled team of sales people that own driving meaningful customer value and sustained YOY sales growth for our clients.
Responsibilities

- Leverage deep knowledge and experience to help identify areas of future growth and potentially develop plan to execute on those in Small & Medium sized business segment
- Strong operational business acumen
- Ensure proper talent is in place to be successful through continual evaluation
- Work with team to expand our value propositions within existing relationships offering greater value to our customers
- Ensure plan is in place to achieve performance objectives monthly at both a team and associate level
- Measurement, tracking, and reporting of key financial metrics to include new opportunities, expenses, overall sales, etc
- Opportunity and forecast review with team members as well as the Channel leader
- Work collaboratively with internal partners within different functional areas to ensure tight alignment of priorities and resourcess
Skills
-
- Combined selling and sales leadership experience of 1-2 years within Telesales with focus on B2B and / or Small & Medium sized customers
- Proven success with driving new and existing client engagements
- Focus on team before self
- Results oriented
- Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s /Master degree preferred
- Fluent in both English and Norwegian language
