What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?

Over the two-year graduate programme, you will complete three varied and stretching rotations to challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally. Building deep technical skills from the get-go; be it in software engineering, architecture, data science, cybersecurity, or data visualisation.

You’ll join a different team on each of your three rotations providing opportunities to experience a diverse range of projects and types of technology, helping you find and grow in an area you really enjoy.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities for continuous learning and people to support you throughout, so that you’re well prepared for your future.

From Q3 of 2023 as part of Hybrid at Haleon, all of our graduates will have the opportunity to work from a new working facility in London Southbank alongside the home location of the role at our Weybridge site.

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:

Education required: A degree in IT, computer science, or a technology-related subject. Although, if you’ve got a track record for having success in technology, your degree could also be in maths, statistics, or data science

Experience using modern-day web languages either at university, at home or in industry (preferred)

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
