Resource Planning Analyst
Location: Chatham/Bradford/Petersfield

Working Pattern: Our working style is hybrid, but we recognise the importance of collaborative working with our colleagues often 1 to 3 days per week in one of our offices

You and Your Team:
As a Resource Planning Analyst you will be reporting to the Senior Resource Planning Manager You’ll be part of a team that will contribute to precise multi-channel forecasts, support operational departments as an SME in resource planning, drive process enhancements, and propose strategies for measurable improvements.
In your day-to-day role, as a Resource Planning Analyst you will:
- Deliver and maintain accurate and robust multi-channel forecasts
- Support Operational Departments as an SME on Resource Planning
- Identify, quantify and prioritise opportunities to enhance Operational efficiency
- Apply excellent analytical and technical ability to ensure the highest standards of analysis and reporting are delivered across the team to support Operations and assist in the creation of new processes to deliver improves customer contact and employee satisfaction
- Drive continual improvement of existing processes across Operations and beyond
- Understand the operational business model and propose, develop and deploy strategies to create measurable improvements

- We’re looking for someone with equivalent work experience handling large data sets
- Investigating data to solve issues, find trends, forecast performance and provide insightful recommendations is a big part of the role. So your clear, logical and analytical approach will be invaluable
- You’ll be results and solution focussed. Used to working at a fast pace you’ll be able to adapt to change quickly while remaining calm and be able to keep a positive outlook in order to deliver under pressure
- Working with teams across all of Operations you’ll be a natural collaborator who can build and maintain relationships easily with stakeholders at all levels
