The Reference Data Product Operations Lead will manage the L1 support team, production support oversight, operations, and governance forums across multiple reference data product lines. The Leader must work closely with the technology, product owner and business teams for management of production break/fix support and communication. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for standardizing and automating operations processes, metrics and analytics.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop, standardize and maintain operations & support models for RDPS products including Enterprise Product and Service (EPS) taxonomy, Reference Data Hosting Platform (RDHP) & ESG Data Central.
  • Provide L1 support, L2 – L3 escalations, user to tech liaison
  • Coordinate user testing, sign-off and deployment communication
  • Own and conduct annual certification processes such as validating data ownership and entitlements
  • Facilitate EPS stakeholder forums to manage decisions on product strategies and hierarchy maintenance
  • Facilitate weekly meetings, issue tracking & remediation and root cause analysis review with technology and business partners
  • Maintain reference data product user guide, Op Model documentation, SNOW entitlements
  • Manage Enterprise Product and Service (EPS) taxonomy daily operational activities to ensure proper governance and execution of hierarchy maintenance and product mapping decisions
  • Other PO administration functions such as project intake process management as defined

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :

  • 3 - 5 years of experience within a financial services organization, exposure the financial master/reference data management a plus
  • Prior experience with product support & operations management, metrics gathering and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate information effectively, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • A team player and adaptable to changing environment
  • Strong documentation, reporting and analytical skills
  • High level of proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation software (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot tables, V-lookup, MS Visio)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills :

  • Independently lead and drive initiatives to completion and manage risks/issues
  • Prior team leadership experience
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in agile software product development
  • Strong business Product Owner experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
