Are you a Program Manager eager to drive customer growth for Expedia Group? Do you enjoy problem-solving and collaborating across teams to deliver results? If so, then we'd like to invite you to join the Marketing Data Engineering team as our newest Technical Program Manager II.

The Metasearch team works on the data integrations between Expedia Group and our partners such as Google, Trivago, and TripAdvisor. We are seeking for a Technical Program Manager II to help us deliver accurate, timely data and actionable insights to empower our stakeholders in Machine Learning Science and Channel Management to make automated, data-driven decisions.

What you'll do 

  • You will plan, track, and communicate work across teams to deliver tools and projects using agile methodology.
  • You will communicate to variety of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • You will collaborate with teams to define and manage technical specifications that meet business needs and performance goals, managing software development and delivery through story writing and acceptance criteria.
  • You will develop project schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure that project milestones are met within agreed timeframes.
  • You will identify bottlenecks and work with teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • You will facilitate discussions regarding the product development lifecycle and provide suggestions for business process improvements.
  • You will understand and communicate the impact of operational and technical challenges on the business, ensuring risks are mitigated.

Who you are 

  • 2-4 years of experience in Program Management, particularly with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, and Kanban).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field; or equivalent related
  • professional experience.
  • Strong time management, resource management, and planning skills.
  • Experience in creating clear and structured documentation (e.g., policies,  guidelines, presentations)
  • Technical / STEM background – familiarity with mathematics, statistics, computer science
  • Familiarity with fundamental business, economics, and digital marketing
