This role provides technical leadership and strategic direction for integration projects, driving innovation and operational efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Defining and implementing an enterprise-wide API strategy, ensuring standardized API design, development, security, and lifecycle management for both internal and external systems

  • Establishing governance frameworks for integration and data flow, ensuring adherence to security policies, regulatory compliance and industry best practices
  • Providing leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to the integration engineering team, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Driving continuous improvement in integration processes by adopting automation, DevOps practices, and modern integration techniques like microservices and event-driven architectures
  • Overseeing the configuration and management of integration platforms like MuleSoft, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of middleware solutions
  • Proactively addressing performance issues or failures, ensuring high availability and minimal disruptions across integrated services
