You will be joining the Data, Analytics and AI team and providing effective and efficient data support including the prioritisation of work, diary management, meeting management and communication.

The role requires confidentiality with the ability to handle sensitive information.

The role requires the use of initiative and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administration support.
  • Inbox monitoring/management.
  • Diary management; scheduling & co-ordinating.
  • Organise meetings; scheduling & preparing agendas.
  • Attend specific meetings, draft notes/take minutes and action recommendations as required.
  • Arrange travel and/or accommodation.
  • Support the submission of expenses. Control costs wherever possible and obtains authorisation as required.
  • Pro-active in taking action where required.
  • Work to meet deadlines and managing shifting priorities.
  • Support colleagues’ work as part of a team.
  • Manage and organise events; social functions, town halls or any event as required.

  • The use of everyday desktop software.

Interview Process

This will be a 2 stage interview process via Teams.

Salary, Benefits and Work-Life Balance

We do not have a set salary for this position, as it will be dependent on the successful candidate’s experience. We are happy to see CVs from all candidates who meet the requirements and will be happy to discuss the remuneration package.
