JOB DESCRIPTION

This Human Resources Operations transformation is a key leadership priority, and leveraging data and agile digital tools is a key feature in how we will lead scale and introduce appropriate controls which will enable us to deliver a best in class employee experience. The individual will interact with a wide range of partners and stakeholders across the organization, including, Product, Operations, Technology, and Service.

The successful candidate will work across the business extensively and must demonstrate the ability to navigate a complex matrix environment. We are looking for an energetic individual capable of multi-tasking and analytically reviewing processes to identify improvements, with good time management, communication and presentation skills. The individual must be able to digest large amounts of data, analyze, and present with clarity. They will help lead projects which solve complex issues and identify opportunities important to the firm and the function.

 Job responsibilities

  • Oversee the business review process and key planning sessions for Human Resources Specialty Operations to support strategic growth.
  • Define and lead data skills training programs to expand the knowledge and upskill the capability of ED&SE to utilize process mining and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, such as, UiPath, Alteryx, Signavio, Instabase, and Pega Low Code Workflows.
  • Ownership for a variety of monthly governance and reporting processes whilst also identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize delivery and improve integrity.
  • Own and lead the production of KPIs and MI that aid business decisions; conduct analysis to identify trends and themes and identify key opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a repository of materials that explain and promote the HR Specialty Operations organization to internal and external stakeholder.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • 4+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally coupled with strategic, business management and financial experience, as well as direct line management experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting-style, matrixed environment.
  • Solution oriented, leveraging a network to identify solutions and implement them.
  • Ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously and independently, while maintaining a high degree of communication and escalation at appropriate junctures.
  • Technical and analytical skills, data manipulation (Excel, pivot tables, vlookup, macros, and PowerPoint to visualize data).
  • Confident leader capable of influencing outcomes and fostering relationships.
  • Ability to synthesize information to formulate a “story” for Senior Management.
