HR Manager

As the HR Manager you will be responsible for providing HR, advice, coaching, guidance and administration to employees across the Germany region. You will partner with the HR Operations team in EMEA to deliver a first-class HR service and proactively engage on all people related activities. You will help to drive HR processes that embed company policy and practice ensuring the best environment for the workforce. You will partner with the HR Business Partnering Team to launch and manage strategic people initiatives in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily HR support and management including employee relations, compensation, performance management, payroll and learning & development.
- Provide support to the HR Business Partner Team on People topics relating to Germany
- Collaborate on and execute HR strategies designed to enhance the employee experience
- Support the HR Operations team with in-country administrative support as required
- Create an environment of positive employee relations by respecting confidentiality and establishing trust and credibility
- Partner on global and local DEI initiatives maintaining a growing culture of equity, growth and inclusivity.
- Provide coaching to employees, managers and staff, offering feedback and advice on issues in a proactive and compassionate manner
- Identifying opportunities for future talent and supporting the business in planning their development
- Be passionate about driving key HR initiatives forward for the region
- Oversee all quarterly and annual HR processes for Germany
What you need:
- Proven experience in a HR generalist role with a good understanding of employment law and case management in Germany
- Be able to prioritise effectively and successfully manage multiple cases and small projects
- Thrives in a fast-paced, global environment
- Articulate and diplomatic communicator who can engage with a wide network of stakeholders and manage their needs
- Able to build trusting relationships/stakeholder manager through regular engagement
- Good attention to detail and enjoys working with data with strong Excel and PowerPoint able to visualise and interpret data
- Proven commercial HR experience
- Fluent in English and German
- Located in Frankfurt or Munich
