HR Generalist

Company Description
We are headquartered in London with Offices in New York, London and Chennai. Our team of over 400 people is a unique blend of individuals with skills across commercial consulting, data science and software engineering.
We were founded by cousins Anush Newman (Co-founder & CEO) and Leo Valan (Co-founder & CTO) and have grown rapidly since 2019. In May 2023 we took a minority investment from Baird Capital and in January 2024 we opened an office in New York with the ambition of growing our US business to be as large as, if not bigger than, our European business by 2027.
Position
Due to significant and ongoing growth, we are now looking for a HR Generalist/Associate HRBP to join our Global People Team. Based in London and reporting to the People Lead, this role will be operationally focused with a broad HR generalist remit, covering HR Operations, employee relations, stakeholder management and learning and development. You will actively seek to build relationships with your own team, and with key stakeholders across the organisation. You will promote a collaborative culture of honesty and openness, with clear and transparent communication.
Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to;
- HR Operations
- Performance Management
- Rewards & Recognition Programs
- Employee Retention Programs
- DE&I Programs
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Compliance & Policies
- Learning and Development

- Good knowledge of HR functions, including performance management, diversity, equity, and inclusivity, employee relations, learning and development, retention and reward.
- Experienced in providing HR support and management of HR operations across global locations.
- Capable of delivering practical results to the business and managing numerous projects with competing priorities.
- Naturally collaborative, with excellent interpersonal and enhanced communication skills.
- Friendly, personable, and able to develop relationships at all levels.
