We're now looking for a HR Data Administrator (12 month fixed term contract) to join our People Services team!
Working closely with the HR Operations Manager, in this role you'll be the go-to person for keeping data accurate, reporting and data validation.
About the Role
- Maintaining and updating employee records in our HR system (Oracle Fusion) and databases.
- Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Managing data validation processes using spreadsheet formulas and automated checks.
- Generating and analysing HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and absence reports.
- Using formulas and validation techniques in Google Sheets/Excel to ensure data accuracy.
- Assisting in HR metrics tracking and data visualization for reporting.
- Maintaining HR databases, ensuring all records are up-to-date and secure.
- Identifying and troubleshooting HR system issues and assisting in changes and updates when required.
About You
- Previous experience in HR administration, HRIS management, or data administration.
- Technical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and HR software (ideally Oracle Fusion).
- Experience with formulas like VLOOKUP, COUNT IF, True/False validation and pivot tables.
- Knowledge of data validation techniques and reporting tools.
- Experienced in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Attention to detail and strong ability to maintain accuracy in large data sets.
- Curious and interested in expanding knowledge of systems and data.
