Are you a Data Analyst with experience working with HR data and proficiency in PowerBI and / or Business Objects? Are you looking for a new opportunity to make a significant impact? You'll have overall management responsibility for the HR Data team and play a crucial role in developing high quality dashboards and reports to enable data driven decision making for all three police forces. The BCH HR Data team is based out of our offices in Chord Park, Huntingdon, however the role holder will have the flexibility to work from home or the office.

You'll have overall management responsibility for the HR Data team and play a crucial role in developing high quality dashboards and reports to enable data driven decision making for all three police forces. What do you need?
- Previous experience working with HR data
- Demonstrable experience creating data models, dashboards and reports using PowerBI or a similar tool to a high level
- Experience of extracting and transforming data, creating insightful reports and analysis using Business Objects, SSRS or a similar tool
The successful candidate for this role will require vetting to be carried out, the vetting will be similar to that required for Police Officers. Before you apply you should make sure you understand the vetting process and that there is nothing in your background that is likely to prevent you from being eligible for this role.

Police Barred and Advisory Lists
Individuals placed on the Police Barred and Advisory lists will not be considered for employment by the police for a minimum of 5 years from the date of listing in the case of gross misconduct, or 3 years from the date of listing in the case of poor performance.
