Head of Digital Customer Products

ABOUT THE ROLE

Knight Frank is looking for an ‘Head of Digital Customer Products’ who will be able to take our complex web estate, advise us on what good looks like, untie the leadership behind that vision and then manage the appropriate teams to deliver.
You will need to not only unite a complex and diverse business, but you will also need to bring together people who will deliver against these strategies who are currently spread across a number of teams.
As a federated business each one of our territories and divisions will need bespoke activity delivered to help them be successful in their markets. You will need to support them achieve their ambitions, operating to a clear set of principles.
Once our web estate is operating at a sufficient level then we will look for this role to manage our wider set of customer facing digital products.
You will be a highly motivated and patient individual, who understands the need to focus on quick wins initially, moving to bigger, more impactful, changes as you establish credibility in the organisation.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
• Leading digital teams within a large organisation
• Working within a matrix environment using resources from other teams including third party agencies
• Strong UX/UI experience and understating of design thinking and digital platforms and architecture
• Demonstratable experience of delivering large digital projects/ products including websites/ web apps and native applications
• Calculating and measuring the value of the product
• Identifying existing challenges and delivering targeted and strategic improvements
• Influencing senior stakeholders on approach, technology needed and proposition
• working in a partnership or federated style environment
• agile and have worked with development teams of different disciplines. You should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. You’ll have a passion for products, all things digital
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the capability to:
• Communicate effectively – both written and oral
• Manage demand and create doable resource plans and workflow – that combine internal and 3rd party resources and appropriate workflow tools
• Create top-down, innovative and market-leading operational thinking
• Prioritise and organise – managing successfully across multiple projects and parallel demands on time
