Global Marketing Performance Manager – Experimentation

Using your hyper-focused data-led approach, you'll have the platform to communicate the impact of marketing experiments on business metrics, alongside providing key recommendations for future planning and scaling of marketing activities across the LEGO Group.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the analysis of sales experimentations, from data QA to synthesising findings into key actions.
- Responsible for running and maintaining core experiment measurement tools, including ongoing sales data pulls using Excel and Alteryx.
- Own pacing data pulls, data consolidation and ensure the pacing report is updated and communicated to local marketing teams.
- Own and run the matched market tool for matched market experiments.
- Provide input to existing and new methodologies and measurement tools that enable clearer tracking and better evaluation of marketing campaigns/activities.
- Provide input to the brand survey data analysis as needed in partnership with the Global Insights team.
Do you have what it takes?
- Significant relevant experience working in a data insights and analytics environment.
- Expertise in relevant data analytics and reporting tools including Excel, Alteryx as well as PowerPoint.
- Adept at handling large data sets, consolidating data sources, handling data validation and quality assurance, and working at speed with Excel tools
- Analytical and quantitative approach with the ability to identify critical insights from analysis and distil complex information into easy-to-understand reporting and output.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, in-flight campaign optimisation and measurement across marketing channels is considered a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Tableau/PowerBi/similar data visualisation software.
- Proficiency in SQL (Hive, Impala) or similar experience in analysing large structured and unstructured datasets.
