This role will sit within our IT2A function with a workstream which is aligned to our No7 Beauty of Centre of Excellence. Here within our Beauty CoE we are the powerhouse of beauty insights, compelling action that fuels sustainable growth. Our remit champions category, consumer, shopper and cultural insight for our partners.

About the role

As our Global Marketing Analytics Manager, you’ll be instrumental in delivering major projects, you will be responsible for marketing measurement, campaign and creative insights for our key beauty brands (UK & US).
You will work in collaboration with our brands, trading and marketing teams, building the future of our brands through consumer-focused marketing insights.

Leading, developing and influencing the business to make informed decisions and growing consumer engagement through innovative analysis and insight, you will use a range of external & internal data sources including our Boots Advantage Card data.

You will gain regular exposure to key partners within our business, with the challenge and responsibility to be at the forefront of developing consumer understanding. We have a strong focus on development across the wider Insights team and Data Office and we will provide opportunities and support for considerable personal growth and progression of analytical skills.

• You will manage Insight’s priorities across the brand portfolio, working closely with colleagues to deliver work
• Capture, synthesis and communicate the reality of shopper behavior through effective storytelling, putting these insights at the heart of brand/retail strategy and activation
• Responsible for tracking and measuring the marketing activities for campaigns and creatives
• Work with agencies around market research to obtain clarity on our brand identity and effectiveness.
• Consolidate consumer research, social insights, campaign insights and internal loyalty data into digestible reports/dashboards/presentations to key business decision makers within company.

What you’ll need to have
• Experience consolidating market, consumer, media and social data and insights based on various sources, interpreting data, generating actionable consumer driven insights and recommendations as well as delivering them with impact into the brand/category activities and processes
• Experience in econometrics modelling
• Experience of analysing large sets of data and exposure to a variety of analytical tools and techniques
• Experience of extracting and manipulating data through a variety of analytical tools and techniques
• Experience of PowerBI, DataLynx or other analytics tools
• You will have managed projects working in conjunction with peers, senior colleagues and the agencies
• You will be confident in presenting the ‘What’ and developing the ‘So What’
• Ability to deliver end-to-end consumer analysis, responding to briefs right through to impactful delivery of results and recommendations
• Confident, enthusiastic & persuasive in their manner
• Strong organisational and time management skills and ability to prioritise

It would be great if you also have

• Experience of working within a retail/FMCG business environment would be advantageous
