Experimentation Manager

Join our dynamic In-life Experimentation team at Virgin Media! We’re on the hunt for an Experimentation Manager to lead the charge in optimising our care products, while aligning with our OST strategy.

In this pivotal role, you’ll push the boundaries of innovation by running bold experiments and implementing rapid personalization strategies. Close collaboration with our Data Science team is key, so a solid understanding of model measurement will be important to your success.

As part of the team, you’ll help elevate the Virgin Media digital experience for our existing customers, using data-driven experimentation cycles to tackle customer challenges and achieve business goals.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Optimisation, playing a crucial role in their mission to enhance customer value. Together, you'll build and implement brand new experiments, generating actionable insights that will guide our business decisions and drive real impact.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• 3+ years’ experience in experimentation / relevant experience
• Experience with Running A/B/n, bandit, personalisation, holdbacks and exclusion groups
• Experience using testing platforms e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimise, and Adobe Target
• Excellent communication and can ability easily engage partners
• Experience running statistical analysis for experiments

• Experience applying a test and learn approach to product evolution and a strong passion for doing the right thing for the customer
• Experience being a part of an agile squad and running refinement and sprint planning sessions.
• Proactive ‘can do’ attitude with strong hands-on approach
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and determined with a strong work ethic
