Director, Head of Delivery, Data Office

Job Description
Would you like to lead activities across and within product teams for our Data Office as our mini Chief Operating Officer? Do you like to grow the team and to be an active member of the Data Office Leadership Team?
This role can be based either in Billund, Denmark or London, United Kingdom.

Core Responsibilities
You will lead a team of 10+ specialists which includes Technical Program Management, Product Management and Agile Coaching and build a shared purpose, foster collaboration and drive execution. One of the essential deliverables is to ensure success of large-scale programs by owning all aspects of program planning, administration and coordination across product teams including choosing the appropriate framework for execution as our point of contact. You will also:
- Promote Agile ways of working across all Product teams.
- Facilitate shared understanding of success and collaboration across product teams.
- Create clear and compelling visions for all Data Office products.
- Ensure and communicate value creation of programs by managing priorities, risks and business partners.
Do you have what it takes?
You may have extensive experience in running successful projects and programs with deep knowledge of application lifecycle management, and software development methodology. In addition, you have:
- Solid skills in financial management and budgeting, as well as procurement and contract negotiations across the program.
- Good communication skills to articulate value to the user and the business, lead ideation sessions and workshops.
- Great people skills to engage and connect people around a shared purpose.
- Fast learner with demonstrated ability to apply prior experience in a new organizational and/or technical context.
- Comfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines.
- Experience of product management practice and of managing large initiatives across multi-functional teams.
- Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress.
Nice to have:
- Experience and knowledge of Agile frameworks and working practices
- Experience of working within a Data Office function
- Experience of driving cultural and organizational change
- Leadership and management experience
