Job Description

Are you ready to be a key part of an exciting journey? Join our Global Marketing Performance team in this newly created role to provide impactful strategic direction to measure social and entertainment content performance across all channels.

Global Marketing Performance plays a pivotal role in spearheading the marketing performance agenda at The LEGO Group. The team is responsible for developing and implementing scalable ways to measure and analyse marketing activations and experiments that generate actionable, data-driven insights to inform the full value chain.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the Social and Entertainment Content Analytics team within Global Marketing Performance.
  • Own and develop the effectiveness framework for both social media and entertainment content, working closely with global and local collaborators.
  • Develop a roadmap to optimise the efficiency of social media and entertainment content, and uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Partner with Data Science team and external partners to apply advanced analytics to uncover performance insights.
  • Ensure performance effectiveness outputs and insights are fully implemented across the entire organisation and facilitate data-driven decision-making with collaborators to inform marketing and commercial decisions.
  • Develop and elevate social and entertainment content performance data and insights capabilities across the organisation .

Do you have what it takes.

  • Extensive experience at a similar level within entertainment content and social media marketing performance and effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of advanced analytics solutions, in particular econometrics/MMM.
  • Experience leading strategic projects, building strong and sustainable relationships with other stakeholders based on clearly defined priorities and accountabilities.
  • People leadership experience across social and entertainment content analytics.
  • Extensive knowledge of the external media landscape.
  • Strong transformational leadership including rigorous prioritisation and strong engagement capability in the matrix environment, being able to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving business change based on the delivering actionable insights from multiple data sources
