Why this role?
Within this role you will use your experience within our Digital Discipline to help our clients :
Develop performance measurement frameworks – including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), goals, user needs and benefits – for product or services
Analyse the performance of their website/apps/digital products and services and assure the performance is aligned with strategy, business goals and user needs
Identify and apply the most appropriate analytics tools and techniques to bring data sources together and tell a story
Expand the analysis with different kinds of data – sales, survey, web analytics, social media, search, to address clients’ business questions.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to inform decisions
Adapt your approach and framework appropriately and in line with any changes
Why you?
You’ll have experience in some of the following areas (not all are required):
Experience in designing, developing, and deploying digital analytical solutions
Setting up web analytics metrics to measure performance of digital services
Measuring and analysing online marketing activities including natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social
Working with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, SiteCatalyst,etc...
Understanding of digital channel/platforms (search and social, organic and paid)
Working with data visualisation tools, such as Google Data Studio, PowerBI and Tableau
Working with website optimisation tools for A/B and multivariate testing, such as Google Website Optimizer, Adobe Target and/or Optimizely

Whilst you will have London, Manchester or Glasgow as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
