£44,112 to £50,940 per annum

A leading digital campaigning organisation, creating change through emails, petitions, digital organising, and platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp and more. This is a mission critical role within the Insights and Analytics team is the Digital Analyst; responsible for developing analysis and reporting that enhances understanding of audience behaviour and content performance across multiple digital channels, with a strong focus on web and social media.
Using your excellent interpersonal skills, you will build relationships with colleagues from across the organisation. You’ll provide actionable insight to improve the effectiveness of our digital campaigning, fundraising, and organising strategies, and to optimise our digital activities,
You will build and maintain reports and dashboards that support colleagues to track and analyse performance using meaningful KPIs connected to our strategic goals.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Knowledge and experience in delivering reporting to digital marketing and/or communications teams
- Experience working collaboratively with digital teams to provide high-quality actionable insight
- Ability to present high-quality visualisation of data and data stories
- Good experience with Tableau or other BI and visualisation tools.
- Possess SQL skills, and ideally have experience in handling complex data structures from multiple sources and different areas
- Ideally you have exposure to Google Analytics (GA360/GA4) or similar Digital Analytics tool
- Good knowledge of social media and associated analytics tools would be useful
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a range of internal stakeholders and to manage these relationships through strong communication skills
- Good time management skills, able to juggle competing demands by prioritising according to objectives and deadlines
- Value people, effective working relationships and teamwork.
