Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with team members across Group functions and Banners (B&Q, Screwfix and Castorama) level, delivering actionable and relevant insights and data
- Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide actionable recommendations for the business to take forward
- Build clear and insightful reporting to help stakeholders understand the performance of key business areas
- Support the analytics team with building the capability to enable the Group functions and Banners to self-serve with reporting and analysis
- Support the team to locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Proactively engage and work with key stakeholders to leverage data to contribute ideas and opportunities to help define our roadmap actively
- Collaborate with the wider Digital and Customer analytics team to support cross-team working and opportunities
- Support the Group Measurement team in evolving our tracking to ensure best-in-class tracking of our website and app
- Assist the broader analytics community at Kingfisher through collaboration and sharing insights among Group and Banner functions
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience of working in a Digital Analytics/data environment
- Experience working across a range of tools:
- Digital analytics tools (Google Analytics or equivalent)
- Visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Power BI or equivalent)
- SQL environments (BigQuery, Databricks or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to draw concise insights across multiple data sets
- Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams
- Comfortable working across multiple projects concurrently
- An inquisitive problem solver and standout colleague skilled at using data to improve digital experiences
