About this opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join the Design Analytics & Measurement team. The Design Insight Analyst role is a hybrid role where you will develop and leverage quantitative insights to support evidence-based decision making within the design team. You'll be responsible for embedding a data-driven approach to the design of change.

You will be leveraging the Group’s wealth of customer data to apply advanced behavioural analytics skills to identify, inform and quantify the impact of design driven change.

You will also be driving the quantitative research agenda alongside the other qualitative researcher, and you will be responsible for designing, delivering and analysing customer surveys and online experiments to complement internal customer insights

Someone who is able to support the design of customer centric change through the delivery of robust, high quality, actionable customer insights.
You’ll need to show a passion for the role customer insights can play in driving evidence-based decision making, and an ability to translate data into practical analytics which creates impact and influences the direction of change.

Someone who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues from across a number of fields, balance technical and business narratives, and effectively prioritise their own resources.

What you'll need

  • Experience working collaboratively with qualitative researcher or other insight function
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analytical techniques.
  • A track record of translating data into compelling stories.
  • Strong understanding of financial services.

  • A background in behavioural science.
  • A good knowledge of core analytical methods and statistical approaches.
  • Predictive modelling experience.
  • Experience using research tools such as Qualtrics.
  • Experience using online experiment platforms such as UserTesting or Gorilla
