We're a leading provider of home insurance, pensions and retirement planning and operate under iconic brands such as Halifax, Lloyds and Scottish Widows.

We work closely within our teams and wider businesses to make processes straight forward and remove barriers together. Job Description

Job Title: Data Strategy Manager

Salary: £61,641 - £68,490

Location: Edinburgh or Leeds

Hours: Full-time

Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

What you’ll need

  • Experience of developing and managing technical / data strategies
  • Technical Business Analysis or experience of documenting and translating business requirements to data / technical requirements
  • Knowledge of data engineering, analytics and Cloud (GCP ideally) technologies
  • Have an interest in new and emerging tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation and story-telling skills
  • Project planning / change management experience
  • Previous experience leading a team
