We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Self Service Programme Manager to join our Data Democratisation team. Reporting to the Head of Self Service GTM, this role drives and oversees data democratisation programmes that empower end-users utilising data through self-service tools and platforms. This role is responsible for strategic planning, collaboration with various data and business teams, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of self-service data solutions

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proven leadership experience in a data-centric role
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully managing data programmes and projects
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with risk and change management within data programmes
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
