Data Insights & MI Senior Analyst
Location: Bradford, Chatham, Petersfield or London
Working Pattern: Our working style is hybrid, but we recognise the importance of collaborative working with our colleagues typically spending 2 days per week in our office. More office-based working may be required as the work demands.

You and Your Team:
As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the insights reporting data and legacy data marts. The role will include defining the requirements for the implementation of management information reports and will oversee the process from liaising with IT teams to provision the required data to the production.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Devising and delivering analytical/data driven projects.
- Investigate data, find trends, forecast performance, and provide insightful recommendations.
- Provide insight/set expectations through targeted analysis, forecasting, and development of regular MI.
- Maintaining the legacy data marts; making required business-related changes.
- Gathering and defining the requirements for data to cater for business/finance business processes.
- Defining requirements for data infrastructure to support reporting needs.
- Creating and delivering regular data for insights reports adhering to governance framework and DevOps culture to ensure that development conforms to accepted guidelines
What will make you stand out?
- Reporting systems experience, preferably Power BI
- Coding experience, preferably SAS and SQL
- Ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to operate independently and objectively.
- Experience of data, reporting & analytics within a Credit Risk or similar function
- Good understanding in consumer credit, preferably in the sub-prime or online lending sector
- Understanding of corporate governance frameworks.
