They provide expert advice and solutions to businesses by leveraging data analysis, statistical modelling, and other analytical techniques (BI, Risk Management, etc.). ensuring their clients’ data is secure, well-managed, and usable.

Their aim is to help their clients make informed decisions, optimise processes, identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and solve complex problems, using critical thinking & data-driven approaches.

As their new Data Insights Manager, you will help their clients unlock the value of their data, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning within their organisations. This role requires a blend of technical skills, analytical prowess, and business acumen.

You will also lead and mentor a team of data analysts and scientists. Although this is a managerial role, we want to note that every role with this client has a hands-on, individual contributor element to it - and this role is no different.

 About you:

You will be excited to play a pivotal role in ensuring that data is effectively leveraged to provide valuable insights to clients and to work in collaboration with your colleagues as they upscale this successful Consultancy organisation.

Required Experience, Skills, and Competencies:

  • At least 2-3+ years experience in managing/leading/mentoring a team of data analysts or scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and solutions to all stakeholders (non-technical and technical).
  • Experience in a client-facing role would prove really valuable for this position.
  • Passion and curiosity for data visualisation; able to work comfortably with tools to manipulate large data sets into meaningful and visually impactful actionable insight.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations and insights.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.

If you’re excited by the idea of joining a passionate team of data-driven analysts, developers & strategists, we’d love to hear from you so we can share with you more about this exciting new opportunity.
