We are currently recruiting 2 Data Engineers to join our Billund hub while working closely with data engineers & product managers. You will be part of data platform team focusing on onboarding experience and ingestion.

Core Responsibilities

  • Enable digital product teams to make data driven decisions. You are a collaborative person by nature and want to be a part of a global multi-functional team.
  • Curious and passionate about building value-creating and innovative solutions.
  • Able to work with product owner and business partners on building the best technical solution.
  • Focus on reusability and maintainability of the solutions.
  • Experienced in mentoring other engineers.

The Data Engineering department is a function within Data Platform. The department is consisting of multiple teams which enables all areas of the LEGO Group to make data driven decisions. The teams are multi-functional agile teams, which have full-stack responsibility of the solutions they build.

 

Do you have what it takes?

Ideally you have a background in Computer Science or similar as well as few years working experience as Data Engineer with Python.

 

  • Experience with Cloud providers; Preferably AWS.
  • Continuous integration / Continuous deployment.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment.
  • Familiar with Databricks or similar.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with pipeline automation.
  • Improving overall data quality.
