Organisation Description 

The CIB Chief Data Office (CDO) is a business centric organisation whose purpose is to unlock value for our stakeholders through timely delivery of high-quality, compliant data.  The CIB CDO oversees the overall strategy and execution of the CIB data agenda.

About your team

The Project Management team works closely with the CIB CDO data pillar teams incorporating Data Quality, Data Storage, Data Protection, Retention & Destructions and Data Governance and the Controls teams to maintain project standards and partner on implementation of data requirements.

What you will do

The Project Manager will support across multiple initiatives while partnering across global teams and regularly collaborate throughout the organisation.

  • Execute project management deliverables from identification to completion
  • Co-ordinate with subject matter experts and supporting stakeholders on project deliverables
  • Facilitate resolution of key issues and risks within the project
  • Drive results through leadership, partnership, communication and influence

Help drive our strategic vision of enabling data use while protecting data as an asset to the firm and promote this culture within the business

Who you are

  • You will have experience within a project management role
  • You will be self motivated and resourceful with the ability to work independently but not alone in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • You’ll be a strong communicator and have strong analytical, priorisation and organisational skills
  • You’ll build a sense of community, creating a positive team environment and modelling a global, diverse mindset and inclusive behaviour

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent Excel, Visio and Powerpoint skills
  • Knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project, Clarity, JIRA, Confluence
