CIB CDO – Reference Data Product – Project Manager (UK)
Organisation Description
The CIB Chief Data Office (CDO) is a business centric organisation whose purpose is to unlock value for our stakeholders through timely delivery of high-quality, compliant data. The CIB CDO oversees the overall strategy and execution of the CIB data agenda.
About your team
The Reference Data team owns a suite of products and applications and ensures robust product architecture is developed in delivering the product vision and strategy. The team works in close partnership with external and internal stakeholders to ensure that strategies are defined, planned and delivered with the necessary program governance and oversight.
What you will do
The Project Manager will support Reference Data Product in driving business priorities and capability delivery across all partners and stakeholders.
- Partner with Project Lead(s) to define project scope, objectives and key milestones
- Define and manage the project plan in an agile delivery environment
- Diagnose and facilitate resolution of key issues and risks within the project
- Drive results through leadership, people, communication and influence
Who you are
- An experienced project manager, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of success in previous roles following a PLC framework in an agile delivery environment
- You will be a strong collaborator and key contributing member who has demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders
- You will have strong analytical and organisational skills
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent Excel, Visio and Powerpoint skills
- Knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project, Clarity, JIRA, Confluence
