The business has invested in new marketing technology and the migration to a new WoW has already begun with the aim of creating a leading platform set-up for our customers and providers, whilst ensuring a highly targeted and personalised customer experience at all times.
We are on a journey, moving from an approach that was based on batch data and required bespoke implementations for every new solution, towards a more realtime and more heavily events based data model with a focus on repeatable and scalable solution template creation. Therefore, we need individuals who embrace a culture of innovation in how we use data for marketing.
In addition, the team has a key role to play in delivering the new strategic initiatives that will both accelerate our core business, as well as helping to launch and develop innovative new customer or provider focused propositions.
Why our role?
Working across both the Money Supermarket and MoneySavingExpert brands, your first 12 months will be spent building your CRM and Data Engineering skills. You will have a personalised development plan, with clear targets and goals, along with support from the multi-skilled CRM Solutions Team.
What will your daily life look like?
- Design, deliver and document repeatable, flexible and efficient campaign solutions within the Braze platform.
- Lead on monitoring the deliverability of CRM communications across MSMG.
- Own the reporting process, ensuring the business is frequently updated on performance and issues.
- Provide insight and troubleshoot, ensuring incidents are identified early, actioned and resolved in a timely fashion.
- Work closely with the commercial managers, product owners and other stakeholders, building relationships throughout the business.
- Support downstream teams in providing necessary reporting and analytics.
- Create and interpret automated reporting within Braze and Google Cloud Platform.
What do we need from you?
- Experience using one of the major CRM solutions (ideally Braze)
- SQL knowledge used to build reports and support with data processes
- Understanding of CRM metrics and KPIs.
- Strong email deliverability and monitoring knowledge.
- Knowledge of email and messaging best practice.
- Good understanding of data flows and data infrastructure, including the ability to work with data arrays.
