Core Responsibilities
As our new Agile Coach based out of our London hub, you will coach teams and team members formally and informally, striving to unlock the potential in everyone. You will be an Agile evangelist with a core principle, interpreted as delivering value early and often, continuously optimizing delivery flows, and improving delivery quality with short iterations and fast feedback. In addition, you will:
- Build, grow and sustain multiple Agile product teams.
- Coach your teams, their partners, Product Managers and the organization.
- Identify ways to strengthen teams’ understanding and appreciation of Agile.
- Embed Agile practices and principles in product teams through facilitation, teaching and mentoring.
- Drive shared Agile visions between teams by identifying trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits.
- Foster continuous learning environment by helping teams to inspect & adapt.
- Actively participate in our Agile Coach community by sharing your takeaways and practices and help build strong foundations for our future workplace.

The role in our Data Office is to drive value from data across the LEGO Group. Our team builds and runs our central Data Platform, and is a center of excellence for data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence. We have a strong ambition to become a truly data-driven company. The agile coach will play an essential part in making this happen. You will become a member of a team of agile coaches supporting our product teams in their journey to become impactful and thriving agile teams. Furthermore, you will be part of a large community of agile coaches across the organization.
Do you have what it takes?
The Candidate to fit this Role the best come with some years’ experience in agile ways of working e.g., as a Scrum Master or an Agile Coach. Moreover, you bring deep knowledge of Agile principles and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments.
You are also characterized by being a great teammate with a natural flair for facilitating dialogue and driving change across multiple teams at the same time. Meantime, you are:
- Confident in and motivated by applying Agile and is not afraid to politely push the existing processes and attitudes.
- Passion for driving teams and individuals towards commitment.
- An active coach and mentor whose goals are to grow and enhance the team’s and individual’s potential.
- Comfortable knowing when to lead in or step back and let the team settle the best course of action.
- Be strong at situational leadership, being an agile transformation lighthouse who guides to better ways of working.
- Teach people about managing workload, focus, feedback, setting OKRs in ways that helps them learn.
