The role
We’re looking for a Digital Analyst to join our Group Data team. As our Digital Analyst, you will collaborate with key teams, such as Trading, Marketing and Planning, to deliver and present analytics and reports to drive decision making. You will be part of projects from end to end, be proactive in problem solving and contribute to making recommendations to improve the customer/user experience and hit business KPIs.

What will you do as a Customer Insight Digital Analyst at N Brown?
- Make recommendations for improved digital performance for users
- Be proactive in briefing out requests for information/analyses and ensure outputs are delivered on time
- Be the subject matter expert within the Data team
- Make commercially sound recommendations based on analytical findings and contribute to the delivery
- Create dashboards as and when required
What skills and experience will you have?
- Previous experience in a similar role within a commercial setting
- Expert in a Web Analytics tool (for example Google Analytics, Adobe analytics or Celebrus)
- Strong communication
- Presentation skills
- Open-minded, flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to embrace challenges and to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload and work to tight deadlines
- Degree / MSc qualified within a relevant discipline (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, IT or Marketing etc) is advantageous but not essential
- Experience of analysing digital marketing campaigns
- Highly desirable is experience in analysing data from Search Ads 360, Social media platforms such as Facebook, etc.
- Experience of SQL or Python/R or other analytical programming languages is also desirable.
- Experience of (next generation) BI tools such as Power BI, Qlikview or Tableau is also desirable
- Experience of App analytics is also desirable
