We are looking for an experienced Digital Analyst to provide performance reporting and insights, around metrics like active users, visitor penetration, conversion, average value, session time, feature usage – at a market, channel and segment level – to name a few. Your insights will form the basis of our action planning and backlog prioritisation, to help improve and optimise the customer experience and commercial performance.

This role is available to be based in Luton, Hannover or Rijswijk

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Overall: Own the creation of performance reporting, monitoring KPI’s and providing actionable insight using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Data: Identification of measuring points and data sources, cross-device & cross-platform, structure of data collection, selection of key figures
  • Tagging: Work closely with web & app analysts & dev teams to help shape relevant tagging and specify required web development changes to enable improved reporting and insights
  • Insights: Lead on deeper dives into priority areas to provide deeper insights into key topics, such as customer segment level analysis, user journeys etc. Provide additional context via comparison to external benchmarks.
  • Reports & visualisation: Develop easy to understand dashboards and report, visualising the data and trends in a truly intuitive way
  • Optimisations: Provide insights into the results of A/B and MV testing to help optimise the performance of the account and shape the future roadmap
  • Design & Testing: Provide requirements and testing support for new platform features and integrations, ensuing the integrity of reporting is maintained at all times.
  • Communication: Ensure key insights are presented to relevant stakeholders and team members as a clear and concise story, and recommend actions from the insights you present.
  • Accuracy:  Regularly checking and ensuring the data quality and reliability of the reports, if necessary by developing test concepts parallel to the analysis development and testing of the tracking applications
  • Collaboration: Sharing of analytics knowledge & best practice with other analysts across the platforms and business

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • At least 2-3 years of digital analytics experience
  • Experienced with data visualisation tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau etc.
  • Experienced with tag management, app tracking, testing tools, customer journey tracking
  • Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail and right-first-time mindset
  • Able to summarise complex information into clear insights and actions
  • Comfortable presenting complex insights to stakeholders and create easy-to-understand stories
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable working to tight timelines, with ability to prioritise your own work
  • A confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and transparently with a real can-do attitude
  • Experience of establishing positive relationships with peers across a business
  • Fluent in English, ability in other languages desirable but not essential (German, French & Dutch)
